Job Description
Inova Staffing is looking to place a Piping Supervisor in a direct hire position in Piedmont, SC.
This position regularly runs Monday-Friday, however paid overtime is required some weekends.Duties:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Attend and contribute to weekly job site meetings, focusing on scheduling and coordinating with other trades
- Strong understanding of mechanical piping specific to the HVAC industry
- Oversee crews ranging from 20-30 individuals.
- Provide guidance and support to construction teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during constructionSkills:
- Strong knowledge of construction and/or industrial management principles and practices
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and BIM coordination drawings
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, 10 years' of supervision experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
