Now Hiring Press Operators – All Shifts Available!
  Newbury, OH |  $17–$18/hr | 1st, 2nd & 3rd ShiftsReady to put your skills to work in a hands-on manufacturing role? Inova Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturer of water softener systems, and we’ re looking for dependable Press Operators to join the team!  What You’ ll Do:
  • Operate press machines to form and assemble product components.
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized.
  • Work alongside a team to keep production running smoothly.
  What We’ re Looking For:
  • Press operator or manufacturing experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 30– 50 lbs.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  Shifts & Pay: 1st Shift: 7: 00am– 3: 30pm
2nd Shift: 3: 00pm– 11: 30pm
3rd Shift: 11: 00pm– 7: 30am
