Job Description


Inova Staffing, formerly Integrity Staffing, is searching for General Laborers for a client in Medina, OH in the food industry. 1st is currently available! 7am to 4pm or 6:30am to 3:30pm

Responsibilities:

Packaging: Carefully package inspected product according to specific instructions, ensuring they are adequately protected to prevent damage during transit.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on the finished products to maintain consistency in quality.

Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.

Adherence to Safety Protocols: Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily sorting and packaging targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Must pass pre-employment background screen
