Now Hiring – Mentor, OHInova Staffing Services is currently hiring for a manufacturing client in Mentor that produces plastic packaging products for major global companies.If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a production team, this could be a great opportunity for you!Candidates must have some manufacturing experience before applyingJob Details:Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30pm-10:30pm) Monday–Friday OR 3rd Shift (10:30pm-7am) Sunday-Thursday
Pay: $17/hourWhat You’ll Be Doing:
  • Screwing, stamping, and assembling plastic packaging products
  • Working with small parts and hand tools
  • Standing throughout your shift
  • Learning different assembly processes as needed
Assembly experience is a plus, but not required. We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience who are dependable and eager to learn.What We’re Looking For:
  • Good hand dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
  • Comfortable standing for the duration of the shift
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Assembly experience preferred
