Job Description

Inova Staffing, formerly known as Integrity Staffing, has been helping people find jobs for 30 years. We are currently seeking Production Associates for a client in Valley City, OH. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift are currently available!

Pay: Starting at $16/hr, up to $19/hr

Responsibilities:

Run different machinery
Help run and maintain production on all lines and produce quality parts at acceptable production levels.
Help and assist with coil changeovers.
Removes and packs finished products off the line.
Inspect parts visually or with a gauge.
May carry out simple setup operations or troubleshooting.
Rework and repack parts as needed.
Keep accurate counts of parts processed.
May be required to float into other production departments as needed.
Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Manufacturing experience is a plus.
Longevity from previous positions is a must!
Physical Demands:

Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and 75 lbs. occasionally.
Excessive walking, bending, standing, climbing, reaching, and lifting.
Ability to visually inspect parts and use of hands to use measuring gages.
Ability to run machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
