Production Supervisor – 2nd shift (Stow, OH)
Inova Staffing is looking for a dependable Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations. This role is key in maintaining steady production flow, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and developing team members to perform efficiently and effectively.
Details:
  • 2nd Shift: 3pm-12am Monday-Friday plus OT
  • Starting at $25/hr
  • Training: 4–6 weeks on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day 2nd shift production activities to meet targets for quality, efficiency, and safety.
  • Train, coach, and motivate production staff to optimize performance and maintain compliance with company and safety standards
  • Monitor workflow to ensure materials, staffing, and equipment are properly allocated for production goals
  • Conduct shift start-up meetings and ensure smooth shift handoffs with 1st shift and management.
  • Track and report production data, performance metrics, and any issues that may impact operations.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Enforce company policies regarding attendance, safety, and performance expectations
  • Support new hires through hands-on training and ongoing performance development.
  • Ensure compliance with all OSHA and company safety procedures.

Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years of production or manufacturing supervisory experience.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (for production tracking and reporting).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Must pass drug screen and background check.
