Our client located in Southeast Cuyahoga County, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for an experienced working supervisor who enjoys leading a team, improving processes, and ensuring production goals are met.

Position Overview

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, lead a team of employees, and ensure production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently achieved. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable working alongside the team while providing direction, coaching, and support.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of production employees to ensure production schedules and customer requirements are met.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
  • Monitor employee performance, productivity, attendance, and overall workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Assist with troubleshooting production issues and maintaining efficient workflow.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department.

Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work directly with production employees.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
