Quality Control (QC) SupervisorCuyahoga County, OH | Full-Time | Onsite - Temp-HireWe're seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to lead a quality team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising and mentoring QC personnel, overseeing inspection activities, investigating non-conformances, conducting internal audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the highest quality standards are met.Responsibilities:
  • Lead, schedule, and train Quality Control personnel.
  • Oversee inspections of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products.
  • Investigate non-conforming materials and products and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Conduct internal quality audits and maintain compliance with quality management standards.
  • Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure products meet customer requirements, internal specifications, and applicable industry standards.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a quality control or quality assurance role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools and Quality Management System (QMS) software.
  • Proficiency with ISO 9001 standards and IPC guidelines for electronics manufacturing.
  • Electronics manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Schedule:
  • Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
