Quality Inspector – 3rd Shift (Training on 1st Shift)


Location: Streetsboro, OH
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Inova Staffing Services is currently seeking Quality Inspectors for our client in Streetsboro, OH.

Our client manufactures high-quality forged steel products for multiple industries and takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of precision and quality. As a Quality Inspector, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that every part leaving the production floor meets exact specifications and customer expectations.


Shift:

  • 3rd Shift (must train on 1st shift for a minimum of 90 days)

Responsibilities:

  • Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to measure part dimensions

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

  • Perform hardness testing and record inspection data accurately

  • Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure quality standards are met

  • Support overall quality assurance initiatives throughout the production process

  • Operate or assist with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) when needed – experience is a plus
Skills Summary
Technical Skills:

  • Precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
