Quality Inspector – 1st Shift
Shift: 6: 45am – 3: 00pm

Inova Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our TOP clients 1st shift team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality and ensuring processes remain within specification.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-process and final inspections of forged parts to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Measure process performance using common gauges, surface plates, precision measurement instruments, and CMM
  • Record inspection data and complete required documentation accurately
  • Analyze data patterns (runs, trends, hugging, etc.) to determine statistical process control
  • Communicate inspection results with press line operators and supervisors
  • Assist supervision in troubleshooting process problems
  • Read and interpret blueprints and follow detailed work instructions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inspection area
