Industrial Facility in Twinsburg – Scale Operator (1st Shift)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scale Operator to join our fast-paced team in Twinsburg. The Scale Operator is responsible for accurately weighing and recording all inbound truck shipments, ensuring precise inventory documentation and smooth facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Weigh incoming trucks and shipments using computerized scales
  • Accurately document weights and verify invoices
  • Enter data into inventory management systems
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and team members
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with facility procedures
Schedule & Pay
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Overtime available; some flexibility in start/end times
  • Starting pay: $19/hour
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industrial environment is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient with computers and data entry
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
