Senior Maintenance Technician
Full-Time | First Shift | Direct HireAre you a mechanically skilled problem solver who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments? One of our clients is hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take ownership of equipment upkeep, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep production running smoothly.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Perform preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on machine tools and industrial equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and CNC equipment issues
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maintenance manuals, and schematics to guide equipment upkeep
  • Support cross-functional teams and guide junior technicians as needed
  • Order replacement parts and maintain equipment documentation
  • Identify safety hazards and follow established procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Ideal Candidates Have:
  • 4–6 years of experience in a manufacturing or machining environment
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and mechanical systems
  • Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Ability to read technical documents and use common shop tools
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Physical ability to lift up to 65 pounds and be on your feet for most of the shift
Schedule:
Monday through Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, overtime availableThis is a hands-on role with a company that values reliability, expertise, and a strong work ethic.
