Industrial Sewing Associate – Will Train the Right Person
Location: Cleveland, OH (Near Hopkins Airport Area)
Pay: $17.00/hr (2nd Shift)
Schedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

If you enjoy working with your hands, paying attention to detail, and creating quality products, this could be a great fit—even if you’ve never sewn professionally before. Training is provided for motivated individuals who are eager to learn.


Available Shifts




2nd Shift:
Monday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (4-day work week!)
$17.00/hour


What You’ll Do
  • Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble safety apparel
  • Work with various fabrics and materials used in protective garments
  • Follow production instructions and quality standards
  • Inspect finished pieces for accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Growth & Earnings Potential

Once hired on permanently, employees can earn an additional $0.50 – $2.00 per hour based on skill development and production performance.

Experienced team members who advance to Master Sewer level can earn up to $20.00/hour.
