NOW HIRING! Sewing Operator- WILL TRAIN!

Location: Cleveland, OH (Near Hopkins Airport Area)
Pay: $17.00/hr (2nd Shift)
Schedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

A well-established nationwide manufacturer of safety apparel is expanding and looking for dependable team members to join their production team. This company is known for its strong culture, supportive leadership, and long-term career opportunities.

If you enjoy working with your hands, paying attention to detail, and creating quality products, this could be a great fit— even if you’ ve never sewn professionally before. Training is provided for motivated individuals who are eager to learn.

Available Shifts

2nd Shift:
Monday – Thursday | 3: 00 PM – 1: 00 AM (4-day work week!)
$17.00/hour

What You’ ll Do

Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble safety apparel

Work with various fabrics and materials used in protective garments

Follow production instructions and quality standards

Inspect finished pieces for accuracy and consistency

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Good hand-eye coordination

Enjoys working with their hands

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Willingness to learn and develop a new skill

Experience That Transfers Well (But Not Required)

Sewing or tailoring

Quilting, crafting, or upholstery

Assembly or light manufacturing

Textile or fabric work

Any role requiring precision, patience, and consistency

Growth & Earnings Potential

Once hired on permanently, employees can earn an additional $0.50 – $2.00 per hour based on skill development and production performance.

Experienced team members who advance to Master Sewer level can earn up to $20.00/hour.
