Shipping & Receiving Specialist – Twinsburg, OH
Schedule: Monday– Friday, 6: 00 AM– 2: 30 PM
Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour, based on experience
Location: Twinsburg, OH
Inova Staffing is hiring an experienced Shipping & Receiving Specialist for a well-established manufacturing company in Twinsburg!
We are looking for someone who has a strong shipping and receiving background, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of accuracy when handling inventory and outgoing shipments.
What You’ ll Do:
  • Receive, inspect, and properly document incoming materials
  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments
  • Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for shipment
  • Verify quantities, part numbers, and shipping documentation
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records
  • Use computer systems to enter and track inventory and shipments
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials
  • Work closely with production and warehouse teams
What We’ re Looking For:
  • Previous Shipping & Receiving experience required
  • Strong computer and data-entry skills
  • ERP or WMS experience preferred
  • Experience with inventory tracking and shipping documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Dependable with a solid attendance history
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of daily responsibilities
