Job Description

Inova Staffing Services is currently seeking several candidates for our client located in Akron, Ohio whose main responsibilities include shipping, material handling, tow motor operation  

Additional Details
Pay is $18.00 per hour with$0.50 shift differential
Position is full time Monday through Friday; 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift

Responsibilities
  • Operate a tow motor to move materials and finished products
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization
  • Assist with shipping, and material handling duties
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Work closely with production and shipping teams to meet customer deadlines

Job Requirements
  • Must have 2-3 years tow motor experience that is recent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
