Slitter Operator – Maple Heights, OH
  •  Pay: $17-$20/hr
  • Shift: 7 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Are you an experienced machine operator looking for a stable, full-time opportunity? We are hiring a Slitter Operator in Maple Heights, OH to join one of our clients production team! If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Job Responsibilities:? Read and interpret work orders and specifications.
? Load master rolls of plastic film onto the slitter and set up the machine.
? Monitor product quality and adjust machine settings as needed.
? Cut custom cores to support slitting operations.
? Wrap and label completed rolls.
? Maintain accurate job records and production paperwork.
? Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
? Assist the Plant Supervisor as needed.
Job Requirements:
  •  Previous experience operating PLC-driven or similar equipment preferred.
  •  Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  •  Solid math skills and ability to work with measurements.
  •  Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
  •  Forklift experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
