Now Hiring: Tablet Repair Technician
  • Location: Durham, NC
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM (No weekends)
  • Pay Rate: $17.50/hr (Weekly Pay)
  • Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Inova Staffing is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tablet Repair Technician to join our client’s warehouse team in Durham, NC. This role is ideal for someone experienced in diagnosing and repairing mobile devices such as iPads, Android tablets, and other touchscreen units. Candidates must come in the door with the knowledge and experience for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair tablet hardware issues, including screen replacements, charging ports, and battery swaps
  • Troubleshoot software issues and perform resets or updates as needed
  • Test functionality of repaired devices to ensure performance standards are met
  • Maintain organized documentation of repairs and parts used
  • Follow safety procedures and quality guidelines at all times
  • Assist with inventory control and basic device tracking

Qualifications:
  • MUST have previous experience repairing tablets, smartphones, or similar electronics
  • Strong attention to detail and steady hand for precision work
  • Familiarity with iOS and Android operating systems
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily production goals
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Reliable transportation required
