Location: Beachwood, OH
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $15 - $20/hour (based on experience)
Job Description:
Inova Staffing is looking for a friendly and organized Temporary Receptionist to join one of our clients team in Beachwood, Ohio! The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, answer incoming calls, and perform general administrative duties. This is a full-time, temporary position offering steady hours and a chance to gain experience in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line system
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
Assist with additional office duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
