Job Description
Inova Staffing is hiring for Die Setting positions for one of our clients in Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio. This is a 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift direct hire position.
Pay: $26-33/hour, based on experience
Summary:
Making, repairing, and maintenance of tools, dies, jigs, and similar equipment utilized by the company, including all ancillary and related duties, including obtaining and delivery of tools, dies, jigs, and similar equipment, loading and operating any and all tools required for such work, cleanup, and minor repairs to equipment in the Tool Room.
Responsibilities:
Perform all making, repair, troubleshooting and maintenance of transfer, progressive and secondary dies and related equipment in or out of the stamping presses
Perform all other duties of the Tool Room with minimal or no guidance
Able to train other employees
Qualifications:
Requires a journeyman’s certificate or eight (8) or more years of qualified die making experience and demonstration of competency as determined by the company.
