Job Description
Inova Staffing is hiring for a tool maker/set up position for one of our clients in Cleveland. This is a first shift direct hire position.1st shift: 6am-2:30pm, Mon-Fri with occasional overtime
Job description:
Set up/operate typical tool room machines (i.e. Bridgeport lathes, vertical/horizontal mills, grinders, drill presses, etc)
Assemble nests and dies
Identify/fix issues with existing tools
Maintain and repair damaged dies
Set up a variety of single hit presses
Experience required/preferred:
Working experience of using micrometers and calipers
CNC experience preferred (running wire EDM/programming preferred)
Tool making/compound die stamping experience
Knowledge of trigonometry and shop math
Computer literacy
