nova Staffing is looking for a Utility Associate to join one of our client's teams here in Twinsburg, OH.
Warehouse Associate 
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 – $18.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-HIRE
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Utility Associate to join our team! 
This role starts in packaging but will be cross-trained in multiple areas, making it perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and moving around the warehouse.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Packaging products accurately and efficiently
  • Floating between different areas of the warehouse as needed
  • Handling inventory and ensuring accuracy in stock management
  • Using a computer to enter data, check emails, and update records
  • Matching numbers and sequences to maintain order accuracy
  • Working independently and staying engaged while on the move
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 6+ months of warehouse or inventory experience (must enjoy the warehouse environment – this is the job!)
  • Strong attention to detail – ability to spot differences in numbers and letters
  • Comfortable with computers – can navigate email, enter data, and use basic programs
  • Self-motivated and quick to learn – someone who takes notes, asks questions, and catches on fast
  • Energetic and active – this is a walking-the-floor kind of job, not a sit-down role
