Job Description

Inova Staffing is searching for experienced CNC set up/operators for one of our manufacturing clients in Solon, Ohio. 
This is a direct hire position on second or third shift.
You will be a utility machinist that sets up and operates a variety of machines throughout the shop*Looking for candidates with lathe + mill experience, plus one of: burring, grinding, hobbing or gear grinding experience
Shifts:
2nd (3pm-11pm Monday-Friday, optional OT)
3rd (11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday, optional OT)Pay: $32.50 + shift differential
JOB DUTIES:
Set up & operate CNCs as required
Perform tool changes, offsets, and inspection of parts
Document as needed
Assist engineers and supervision to make continual improvements
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
CNC lathe or mill set up experience
Able to perform tool changes, offsets, and simple program editing
Grinding, burring, shaping or gear cutting experience preferred
REQUIRED:
Ability to lift 50 pounds and standing, kneeling, walking throughout an 8 hour shiftOur client offers competitive pay and benefits (please note there is a 60 day probationary period for benefits).Inova Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer
