Job Description

Job Title: Electronics Sorter & DisassemblerLocation: Durham, NC
 Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM (no weekends)
 Hourly Rate: $15.00 (weekly pay)Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sort and categorize electronic devices.
  2. Dismantle televisions, laptops, desktops, monitors, and other electronics using hand and power tools safely.
  3. Stack and wrap televisions on pallets for transport.
  4. Sort scrap materials on the conveyor system.
  5. Assist in manually loading and unloading trucks.
  6. Meet daily production quotas.
  7. Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to recycling regulations.
Qualifications:
  1. Ability to meet daily production quotas.
  2. Experience in a warehouse environment.
  3. Experience with manual and power tools.
  4. Familiarity with electronics or recycling is a plus.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Ability to stand and move in a single area for the entire shift.
  7. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently.
Requirements:
  1. Must be 18 years or older.
  2. Eligible to work in the U.S.
  3. Must pass background and drug screening.
