We are looking for a Weekend Warrior machine operator/production associate for a client in Medina, OH.
Shift: 6am-6pm Sat & Sun, one 8-hour shift M-F
Pay: $18/hr
Job Duties:
- Operate machinery to manufacture candles according to production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, including proper disposal of waste materials.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in machine operation or production roles preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and one 8-hour shift during the week.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass pre-employment drug, alcohol and background screens.
