The business is a metal recycling facility where scrap metals are broken down and shredded with industrial machines to client order specifications.

 Pay: $18.50 Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and motivated Tube Recut Helper to join our manufacturing team.  This position supports the tube recut operation by accurately preparing, measuring, cutting, packaging, and securing steel tubing according to work orders. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with hand tools and manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities:

• Read and understand work orders, including packaging specifications and production requirements.
• Measure tubing accurately using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
• Assist with recutting steel tubing to customer specifications.
• Operate a nail gun, table saw, and banding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Package finished products according to work order instructions.
• Inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Label, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and basic production documents.
• Experience using or willingness to learn micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
• Ability to safely operate a nail gun, table saw, and banding equipment (training provided if needed).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

We’re currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Twinsburg, OH. This role is critical to keeping our operations running efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with automotive or heavy equipment repair, strong diagnostic skills, and a dependable work ethic suited for an early-start, high-demand environment.

Hours & Compensation

• Shift: 1st Shift – 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with Saturday mornings as needed (5:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
• Pay: $26–$32/hour (based on experience)

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair LPG forklifts and heavy equipment diesel engines
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and mobile equipment
• Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical systems including conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, and bearings
• Perform basic welding and fabrication as needed (MIG/Stick preferred)
• Install and align equipment using blueprints and technical drawings
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and parts inventory
• Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime
• Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Diesel Mechanic, or Heavy Equipment Mechanic
• Experience working on LPG forklifts and diesel engines required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Basic welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying industrial conditions

Essential Job Functions:· Accuracy· Safety – especially when operating forklifts or material handling vehicles and equipment.· Gathering Orders (Stock or MTO) from the shop floor· Packing stock, Kits, International orders, and other special packaging orders for the FC· Picking and packing fabric and component orders to be sent to our satellite factories.· Packing, processing, and shipping MTO orders for all customers· Driving the truck to the Fulfillment Center· Picking up or delivering for the Sewing School across the street or knit hat orders for production.· Shipping, including ASNs and processing and scheduling freight pickups· Returns· Internet, computer and email· Able to drive forklift and standup tow motor in a safe and proper manner.· All incoming shipments of goods must be received, entered, and put away within 24 hours.· Unload trucks, record receipts into TCM, make tags for raw materials, and put goods away into their appropriate bins (or deliver to the appropriate area/person).

Qualifications:Education & Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferredExperience: 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience or 1 year customer service in a physical role preferred. Proficient in computer skills and applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)

Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and walk for duration of shift. Must be able to comfortably lift up to 40 pounds repetitively. Must be willing to be trained on Joey and Forklifts.
